What kind of paper do you use?

We print our posters on premium matte paper.

Can I choose the paper size?

Yes. You can select the paper size from the selection available when choosing your item.

Frames

What kind of frames do you offer?

We offer a wide range of frames using ayous wood from renewable forests.

Do you sell posters with frames?

Our posters and frames are sold separately.

Orders

Can I track my order?

Depending on the shipping and carriers used, you might be able to track your order through a link delivered via email.

Can I cancel my order?

if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order is shipped and send us an email with your order reference number. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order in time.

Can I amend my order after purchase?

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes to an order. However, you can place another order or contact us immediately with a cancellation request.

How do I redeem my discount code?

The discount code is delivered via email email. You will need to enter the code at the checkout.

How do I place a business order?

If you wish to place a business order, please contact us via email at contact@hakyarts.com before the purchase.

What If I enter the wrong information?

Please contact us immediately if you provided incorrect information on delivery address or email address with your order number if you have it. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that we will be able to amend the information if your order has already been fulfilled.

Will I receive a confirmation email after purchase?

Yes. You will a confirmation email after purchase. If you haven't received one, please do check your junk folder or contact us.

Shipping and Delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is 5.5€ for all orders above 49€.

If the order is below 49€, there is no shipping cost.

How do you ship your products?

Depending on the size of your order, your items are posted in an sturdy enveloppe, packaging tube or wrapped in a delivery box.

We use the most common shipping carriers in your country.

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch your order within 1 business day.

Delivery normally takes between 3 to 5 business days. However, there might be more delays during extremely busy periods.

Please feel free to contact us within 30 working days if you haven't received your order within the advertised delivery timeline.

Payment

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard

Can I use Paypal or Apple Pay

Yes. We accept both Paypal and Apple Pay.

How do I use a gift card?

Please enter your discount code at the checkout process.

Which currency do you accept?

Our prices are displayed in the most common currencies (US Dollars, Euro and Sterling).

Please select your preferred currency in the dropdown list.

Can I pay after delivery?

No. We do not accept invoice or after delivery payment.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. We offer a 14 days return policy.

How can I return my order?

You can register your return via this link: or contact us via email at contact@hakyarts.com and we will send you a return form.

After registration, you should receive an email with further instructions.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return costs, the items must be returned in an excellent condition and the return must be sent back to Belgium.

Are there any return fees?

Yes. The return fee is 8 euros. Please note that the customer is responsible for packaging and the products must be returned in a traceable parcel.

How do I get refunded?

We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving your returns.

The refund is processed via your original method of payment.

What If my order is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect order, please do contact us as soon as possible via email with the following information:

Can I exchange an item?

if you wish to exchange an item, it's best to contact us before your order is shipped. We can proceed to the exchange and adjust for the price difference if there is any.

Otherwise, please do return your order for a refund so that you can place an order one.
